Sewer Ejector Pump
Los Angeles, CA
A sewer ejector pump was required during construction when it was determined that a gravity sewer was not feasible.
CESCO was contacted during construction of the building when the general contractor discovered that a gravity sewer connection from the proposed ADU to the existing sewer lateral was not possible. CESCO then coordinated with the general contractor, architect, and land surveyor to obtain project and field data for the design of the sewer ejector pump. Coordination with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety and LA Sanitation was required to prepare the specification. The proposed solution was approved by both agencies, and the general contractor could complete the project without delay.
