CESCO Engineering led the full civil design effort for a 1400 sf detached ADU on a constrained hillside site.

Our team prepared the grading and drainage design, erosion control plans, and the stormwater controls supporting the development. Coordination with the city kept the approval timeline predictable.

The result: an approved grading plan with no additional requirements and a construction-ready plan set.
